We don't look for anybody. Were just out doing safety patrols. We conduct safety ---- you know, a lot of [crime] activity in this area. So why were here. So, when you see anything, were to make citizens' arrests." "We don't carry weapons, but are trained in martial arts [and] self-defense-."
