The drones gather intelligence, help identify targets, and fire <input name="8" class="boxes" id="8" onblur="checkMe(8)" size="7" type="text"> , but only if a human operator gives the order. <input name="9" class="boxes" id="9" onblur="checkMe(9)" size="5" type="text"> Rights Watch fears that within 30 years developments in <input name="10" class="boxes" id="10" onblur="checkMe(10)" size="10" type="text"> could remove the need for human operators. The agreement <input name="3" class="boxes" id="3" onblur="checkMe(3)" size="4" type="text"> at the World Conference on International Telecommunications in Dubai. <input name="4" class="boxes" id="4" onblur="checkMe(4)" size="3" type="text"> , the United States and more than 50 other countries <input name="5" class="boxes" id="5" onblur="checkMe(5)" size="4" type="text"> refused to sign the treaty. They are calling it <input name="6" class="boxes" id="6" onblur="checkMe(6)" size="1" type="text"> threat to Internet freedom. This was the first time <input name="7" class="boxes" id="7" onblur="checkMe(7)" size="4" type="text"> the International Telecommunication Regulations have been amended in more <input name="8" class="boxes" id="8" onblur="checkMe(8)" size="4" type="text"> 20 years. Back then, the Internet as we know <input name="9" class="boxes" id="9" onblur="checkMe(9)" size="2" type="text"> did not exist. Delegates at the conference in Dubai <input name="10" class="boxes" id="10" onblur="checkMe(10)" size="4" type="text"> divided over how the Internet should be governed. Countries <input name="11" class="boxes" id="11" onblur="checkMe(11)" size="4" type="text"> Russia, Saudi Arabia, China and Iran are concerned that <input name="12" class="boxes" id="12" onblur="checkMe(12)" size="3" type="text"> Internet's naming system is governed by a non-profit group <input name="13" class="boxes" id="13" onblur="checkMe(13)" size="5" type="text"> operates from the United States. That organization is called <input name="14" class="boxes" id="14" onblur="checkMe(14)" size="5" type="text"> ---- the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers. <input name="15" class="boxes" id="15" onblur="checkMe(15)" size="3" type="text"> discussions at the conference took place during two weeks <input name="16" class="boxes" id="16" onblur="checkMe(16)" size="2" type="text"> tense and sometimes heated debate among the delegates. Officials <input name="17" class="boxes" id="17" onblur="checkMe(17)" size="8" type="text"> receiving more than 1200 proposals from members of the <input name="18" class="boxes" id="18" onblur="checkMe(18)" size="13" type="text"> Telecommunication Union. The group's Secretary General, Hamadoun Toure, called <input name="19" class="boxes" id="19" onblur="checkMe(19)" size="3" type="text"> signing of the treaty, a "momentous occasion." TVs made news this year because they were bigger <input name="5" class="boxes" id="5" onblur="checkMe(5)" size="3" type="text"> better, with some of the most advanced technology ever. <input name="6" class="boxes" id="6" onblur="checkMe(6)" size="4" type="text"> TVs used a technology called Organic Light Emitting Diodes, <input name="7" class="boxes" id="7" onblur="checkMe(7)" size="2" type="text"> OLED. They were thinner, lighter, offered better color and <input name="8" class="boxes" id="8" onblur="checkMe(8)" size="4" type="text"> brighter than current LEDs. Ultra High Definition TVs were <input name="9" class="boxes" id="9" onblur="checkMe(9)" size="4" type="text"> popular. Most of UHDTVs on display used something called <input name="10" class="boxes" id="10" onblur="checkMe(10)" size="2" type="text"> technology. It has four times more resolution than current <input name="11" class="boxes" id="11" onblur="checkMe(11)" size="5" type="text"> . And Sharp Electronics showed off a super high definition <input name="12" class="boxes" id="12" onblur="checkMe(12)" size="2" type="text"> with resolution that is 16 times greater than that <input name="13" class="boxes" id="13" onblur="checkMe(13)" size="2" type="text"> standard high definition TVs. Smart TVs this year were <input name="14" class="boxes" id="14" onblur="checkMe(14)" size="7" type="text"> . Many offered technology like voice recognition. One TV from <input name="15" class="boxes" id="15" onblur="checkMe(15)" size="3" type="text"> company TCL uses sensors and voice recognition to know <input name="16" class="boxes" id="16" onblur="checkMe(16)" size="3" type="text"> is watching.
